I love this quote because it reminds us to always question where we are, and where we are going. I believe it’s so important to be intentional about the life we wish to live and to always remember that nothing is set in stone. This critical thinking is important for our financial life, too. To plan well, we must be clear on our goals and dreams!
I enjoy learning about what brings people joy and what drives them. As a financial planner, I find satisfaction in helping clients build a plan based on their unique values and principles. I love that we meet with clients often and explore all aspects of their financial picture. As things change, we can adjust the plan. By developing a vision for the future and revisiting it often, we can slowly create the life we wish to live. Mollie Marti said it well when she said, “Our power lies in our small daily choices, one after another, to create eternal ripples of a life well-lived."
I now consider all of New England to be my home—having grown up in Massachusetts, residing in Maine for some time, and now living in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire. I feel so lucky to have the ocean so close! Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family at our cottage on Moosehead Lake in Maine, golfing, and watching my two sons play hockey.
