Each week at our staff meeting we have a “B Corp moment” where a fresh idea is shared for employees to consider in their work and personal lives.
“Certified B-Corporations”, a title Cornerstone Financial proudly holds, aim to balance purpose with profits and have high standards around social and environmental performance.
This week’s message is on gardening: whether one simply has a few potted containers or a large landscaped property, anyone can make a difference by adding native plants to their horticultural endeavors. The payoff is the birds and bees are happy to visit, can do their best work with natives, and makes the planet healthier.
