With the holidays fast approaching, last minute gift-buying is top of mind for many! Cornerstone strives to shop locally and sustainably, when possible, and encourage you to do the same. Portland and Portsmouth offer many unique and hand-crafted gifts that would please anyone on your holiday list.

Recently, Cornerstone Financial Planning was nominated to the ‘Best of the 207’ contest – celebrating top consumer-nominated local businesses, companies, and services in Maine. Cornerstone is honored to have been included in the Financial Services category of this local contest. The results will be announced 2/23/23; we wish all the other great local businesses luck!
We hope that in the final week leading up to the holiday season you consider shopping and supporting small businesses. Not only is it environmentally conscious to shop small and local (and avoid negative ramifications of shipping goods), but it is directing money back into the local economy. Cornerstone aims to support women-owned, Black, Indigenous, & People of Color (BIPOC), and sustainable businesses, and encourage you to consider this as well.
