Cornerstone Financial Planning, LLC., with offices in Portland, Maine and Newington, New Hampshire celebrated their ten year business anniversary in February.
Cornerstone Financial Planning principals and business partners, Susan Veligor, CFP®, and Jill Boynton, CFP®, had more than twenty combined years in the financial industry before joining forces in February, 2004 to found Cornerstone Financial Planning, LLC., specializing in individual and family financial planning, retirement planning, investment planning and divorce planning.
Veligor and Boynton are both registered financial advisors with the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), and both have their professional CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ (CFP) designation conferred by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards in the United States.
When asked what has set Cornerstone Financial Planning apart from other, larger financial planning firms over the past ten years, Ms. Veligor remarked, “Aside from sound guidance and strategy, we truly invest in building relationships with our clients.” She added, “We put considerable time and effort into personally knowing our clients and understanding what values and passions will drive financial decisions for them.”
Cornerstone has expanded their office space and added accounting personnel to the company since 2004, and they have plans to add an additional financial advisor this spring.
